Here at Pet Obsessed, we wish to keep all our customers happy by providing the best possible service. All returns that comply with our returns policy are accepted.
Returns Policy:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition with in 30 days.
- Food must be unopened and returned with in 14 days.
- If the product was damaged during transit please provide photo proof along with the invoice in the email.
- Once the Item has been returned, a full refund (excluding shipping costs and Merchant fees (as they are non refundable by Paypal+ Buy now Pay later companies)) will be processed within 10 days.
- Personalised products cannot be returned.
- All returns must be directed through Customer Service. Please do not return or post items before notifying Pet Obsessed - If you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and your returns may not be accepted.

If you're wanting to return your Pet Obsessed order because you've chosen the wrong size, colour, or it really wasn't what you expected, the item you're returning must be unused i.e in resellable condition. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of the original purchase and should be clearly labelled with your contact details in case we need to reach you.
